Activist Erbol Toktogulov was detained in Bishkek. Human rights activist Aziza Abdirasulova told to 24.kg news agency.
According to her, the activist was detained by employees of the State Committee for National Security on Tuesday.
«It is known that Erbol Toktogulov was detained by security services. He opposed transfer of Kempir-Abad reservoir. However, it is not known for what specific fact he was detained,» Aziza Abdirasulova said.
The press center of the State Committee for National Security is not available for comments.
