According to him, the medical insurance certificate costs 18,104 soms for foreigners.
«Students pay 10 percent of their contract,» said Zharkynbek Kasymbekov.
According to him, 4.6 million people in Kyrgyzstan have health insurance certificates. At least 67 percent of them are beneficiaries, 18 percent are working citizens.
