The decision was made at a meeting of the city headquarters on preparation for the autumn-winter period.
«Taking into account the data of the Hydrometeorological Service, the headquarters decided to start the heating season in the capital on the morning of October 26,» the City Hall noted.
It will last several days. First of all, heating will be supplied to schools, kindergartens, hospitals, maternity hospitals and social protection institutions, secondly, to residential buildings, industrial enterprises and institutions that do not have debts for previously consumed thermal energy, and if there is an act of readiness of the facility for operation in winter conditions.
