A conference was held in Bishkek on the topic «Development of constitutional law through constitutional justice: decisions of the Constitutional Court and their impact on constitutional culture». Press service of the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic reports.
The event was attended by Chairman of the Constitutional Court Emil Oskonbaev, Presidential Adviser, Professor Bekbosun Borubashov and Chargé d’Affaires of the EU Delegation to Kyrgyzstan Raimonds Vingris.
At the conference, the expert of Rule of Law in the Kyrgyz Republic — Phase 2 (ROLPRO-2) Program Alexandru Tanase presented the monograph «Constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic».
As the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Kyrgyzstan, Emil Oskonbaev, noted, this is the first work, in the creation of which not only scientists of Kyrgyzstan, but also doctors of law from foreign partners, including Europe, participated.
«This work marked the beginning of a very large work to reveal different views and approaches, adhering to the most important idea — constitutionalization of the country, without which it is impossible to build a just society,» he said.
