Two teenagers are suspected of raping a minor girl in Dzheti-Oguz district. The district prosecutor’s office informed 24.kg news agency.
Both suspects are in custody. The case is pending before the court.
«At least 21 crimes committed by teenagers have been registered in the region for six months. For example, on June 27, two minors raped a 17-year-old girl near a café in Kyzyl-Suu village. A criminal case has been initiated. The suspects were handed an indictment, the case was send to court,» the prosecutor’s office said.
The supervisory authority noted that the district prosecutor’s office is carrying out prevention of offenses among minors. In particular, prosecutors show films and tell children about criminal responsibility for crimes in 40 schools.
