Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II has died at the age of 96. Bloomberg reports.
The information was confirmed by Buckingham Palace.
The Queen’s eldest son Charles, succeeds her on the throne as King Charles III.
The Queen ascended the throne in 1952, and in 2015 she became the longest-reigning monarch in British and English history.
