The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of Kyrgyzstan proposes to introduce an automated system for identifying and accompanying children in difficult life situations.
The draft document submitted for public discussion states that the relevant department, together with Onoi LLC, with the technical support of the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Kyrgyzstan, will create a database of children from poor and disadvantaged families.
Local officials will be able to download information about the child from any place with access to the Internet, for example, at the level of rural administration. According to the initiators, this will save the time and expense required for querying, coordinating and managing data received from different departments at different levels of government.
The base also provides for the automatic formation of an individual plan to protect the child in a difficult life situation.
