A Kyrgyzstani was fined 17,500 soms for carrying out exchange operations with foreign currency in cash without a license. Website of the National Bank says.
Earlier, the central bank reported that in order to suppress unlicensed currency exchange activities, the bank, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Tax Service, conducts checks. At least 11 raids have been held since the beginning of 2022. Ten people have been fined 175,000 soms.
