At least 48 billion soms will be budgeted for servicing the public debt of Kyrgyzstan. Finance Minister Almaz Baketaev announced at a press conference today.
According to him, the country is entering a period of peak payments on public debt. It will continue until 2030. These are loans that the Kyrgyz Republic received 10-15 years ago.
At least 15.9 billion soms were allocated to service the public debt in 2021. This year it is planned to allocate 16.4 billion.
