Three-year-old child was beaten by a relative in Sary Mogol village, Chon-Alai district of Osh region. Human rights activist Nazgul Turdubekova reported.
«The police department of Chon-Alai district, I ask you to establish this fact and bring the perpetrators to justice. The parents are divorced, the child’s mother went to work in Bishkek. The child was left in the care of a relative, and she, according to preliminary information, regularly beat the boy, there are also burns on his body,» she wrote.
The human rights activist also called on the President, the head of the Cabinet Akylbek Japarov and deputies of the Parliament to support the new edition of the Child Code, which, according to her, will help to organize a strong state system for protection of children and support of families.
