A 36-year-old man was detained on suspicion of raping a girl in Toktogul district. The Department of Internal Affairs of Jalal-Abad region reported.
On September 21, the police received a report that at approximately 2 a.m. a man raped a minor.
«A criminal case was opened, examinations were scheduled. The suspect was detained. He had been helping the family where the girl grew up with housework for 10 years,» the police reported.
