Nurtazin Dzhetybaev was appointed a Director of the State Agency for Architecture, Construction, Housing and Communal Services. Press service of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The decree was signed by the head of state Sadyr Japarov.
By another decree, Toktomambet Satyshov was relieved of this post. He had served in the post for a year.
Nurtazin Dzhetybaev was born on October 10, 1966. He graduated from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute as a civil engineer.
Dzhetybaev managed private companies. In 2008-2012, he was the Secretary General of the Football Federation of the Kyrgyz Republic, later — the head of the Department of Affairs of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In 2014, he was accused of concluding an unprofitable contract for the supply of coal.
