The President congratulated the people of Kyrgyzstan on June 1, the International Children’s Day.
«Observance of children’s rights, protection of their life and health is one of the main tasks of a humane society. Children are the guarantee of our country’s prosperous and secure future. The child, like no other, feels defenseless before the realities of the modern world and needs our special care,» Sadyr Japarov said.
The President noted that adults have a huge responsibility not only for their children, but also for each child who for various reasons was left without parental care, for his or her life and health, for future, for the observance of rights. «We are obliged to do everything to ensure that all children grow up in an atmosphere of family environment and a sense of care for them, love and understanding,» the congratulatory message says.
He added that child protection issues are the most important area of social policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The tasks of solving the problems of protection of children, their spiritual and physical development, ensuring their safety, quality education and adequate recreation, support for children who find themselves in difficult situations are also a priority.
«No matter how reliable the state support is, all the most important things — love, care and attention — the child receives in a strong, stable and loving family. The institution of a family plays an important role in the upbringing of the new generation, as it forms the future of every child,» the message says.
«I would like to wish all parents to raise their children in the spirit of assimilating high moral standards and family traditions left by our ancestors, as well as a healthy lifestyle and introduction to the system of common human values. May the creative legacy and traditions of our ancestors light the way to our children’s future,» the President said.
He wished parents, educators, teachers and mentors health, patience and wisdom in the difficult task of education, and children — good health, happy holidays, new friends and fulfillment of the most cherished desires.
