It is necessary to introduce a KPI system in law enforcement agencies and the judiciary. Head of the Public Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yalkun Dautov announced at a meeting of the Anti-Corruption Business Council.
According to him, introduction of the KPI system will help to understand and monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of the work of law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.
«Many developed countries use this system. It works in the National Bank only in our country. It is proposed to include this initiative in the strategic plan for combating corruption. In the first year, we can develop a regulatory framework for KPI, in the second — to introduce professional tests for those who are in the personnel reserve, and in the third — to test all law enforcement officers and the judiciary. Introduction of KPI will allow to control the effectiveness of their work,» Yalkun Dautov said.
KPI is a performance marker that helps to measure the degree of achievement of goals or the optimality of a process, including the effectiveness and efficiency of work.
