The largest donor to Ukraine is the United States. In total, the USA has allocated €43 billion to the country where Russia’s «special military operation» continues. A Ukrainian institute reports, citing the data of Statista company and Kiel Institute for the World Economy.
According to it, Estonia, Latvia and Poland have made the largest contribution to the level of their GDP.

Countries are ranked by type of aid in billions of euros (financial, humanitarian and military aid).
In absolute terms, Ukraine’s largest donor is the United States. A total of €43 billion has been allocated, including €24 billion in military aid, €9 billion in humanitarian aid and €10 billion in financial assistance.
Countries are also ranked on amount of aid as a share of their own GDP.
Estonia is in first place here. Its aid of €235 million corresponds to 0.81 percent of the country’s GDP. Latvia takes the second place — 0.72 percent of GDP. Poland is third with 0.46 percent of GDP. The U.S. financial contribution is 0.22 percent of GDP.
Situation in Ukraine remains difficult. Hostilities continue. Russia announced the special military operation on February 24, 2022. The number of casualties among the military and civilians continues to grow. Many states have imposed and continue to impose severe sanctions against the Russian Federation.
