In the final, he defeated Maksat Erezhepov from Kazakhstan — 3-1.
In the semi-finals, the athlete defeated a Korean wrestler — 4-1.
Another Greco-Roman wrestler from Kyrgzystan Tynar Sharshenbekov became the champion of Asia in the weight category up to 63 kilograms.
