Rally in support of Russia takes place in Bishkek

Two police buses are standing near the Maxim Gorky park in Bishkek.

Earlier it was announced that a rally in support of Russia would be held there at 11 a.m. About ten police officers protect the public order. Nine people participate in the rally. An Honored Artist of Kyrgyzstan Galina Ketova also came. Participants hold banners, saying: «Russia and Kyrgyzstan are brothers forever!».

Another rally in support of Ukraine is planned to be held there at 2 p.m.

Earlier it was reported that the Bishkek courts banned rallies in support of Ukraine or Russia. However, Sadyr Japarov said that he was not against rallies held in the Maxim Gorky park in Bishkek.
