The powers of Zamirbek Khodzhomambetov, chairman of the Board of Directors of Severelectro JSC, have been terminated. The Kyrgyz Stock Exchange reported.
According to the company, Ilgiz Sydygaliev will work instead of him. Previously, he was a member of the auditing committee of Jalalabadelectro JSC, in the fall of 2021 he was elected a member of the Board of Directors of Severelectro.
