Amendments to the regulations are being considered in the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan. A fourth reading regime is introduced for some bills.
Only those parts of the draft document that were subject to editorial and technical amendments during the third reading can be discussed during the fourth reading. Amendments to the draft law and return to its discussion as a whole or its individual structural units are not allowed.
As a result, voting for the draft law as a whole is held. A document not adopted in the fourth reading is considered rejected.
It is specified that amendments to the Constitution, constitutional laws and laws on changing the state border can be considered in the fourth reading. By the decision of the majority of the total number of deputies, the fourth reading may be held for them.
