Certificate of acceptance and transfer of the produced ballots for holding elections of deputies in single-mandate constituencies, ballots for holding elections of deputies of the Parliament of Kyrgyzstan in the single electoral district and local councils was signed at Uchkun JSC. The Central Election Commission of Kyrgyzstan (CEC) reports.
The election documents were sent to all district election commissions in Jalal-Abad, Osh, Batken, Naryn, Issyk-Kul, Talas and Chui regions, in Bishkek and Osh cities, as well as to polling stations in foreign countries.
The CEC members, observers, representatives of political parties and candidates, representatives of the printing house, and the media were present at the signing ceremony.
At least 3,702,646 ballots were produced for election of deputies in single-mandate constituencies, 2,970,157 ballots — in the Kyrgyz language, 732,489 — in Russian, 2,494 bulletins were made using the Braille system.
About 431,382 ballots were sent to Bishkek city, to Jalal-Abad region — 686,684, to Osh region — 900,536, to Batken region — 305,666, to Naryn region — 209,073, to Issyk-Kul region — 316,828, to Talas region — 163,000, to Chui region — 611,842, to polling stations in foreign countries — 75,727.
A total of 3,625,277 ballots were produced for the elections of parliamentary deputies in single-mandate constituencies, in the Kyrgyz language — 2,928,810, in Russian — 696,467. At least 2,435 ballot papers were produced using the Braille system.
Elections are scheduled for November 28 in Kyrgyzstan. At least 54 deputies of the Parliament are elected according to a proportional system (from open lists of candidates of political parties) in single electoral districts, 36 deputies are elected according to the majoritarian system in single-mandate constituencies.
