Bishkek City Court upholds acquittal of Moldomusa Kongantiev

Acquittal of the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Moldomusa Kongantiev was upheld. Lawyer Ikramidin Aitkulov told 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the decision of the first instance was upheld today by the Bishkek City Court.

The former Interior Minister was accused of negligence during the 2005 March events and abuse of office during the April events in 2010. The Pervomaisky District Court acquitted Moldomusa Kongantiev.
