The President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov spoke by telephone with the head of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. The Information Policy Department of the head of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
During the conversation, Sooronbai Jeenbekov congratulated his Turkmen counterpart and the people of Turkmenistan on the upcoming New Year.
The heads of state discussed implementation of the agreements reached within the framework of the state visit of Sooronbai Jeenbekov to Turkmenistan in August 2018 and shaped plans for 2019 to intensify bilateral cooperation.
