Gas appeared in Ak-Orgo housing estate. The press service of the Bishkek City Administration reported.
Head of Leninsky district Nurdin Tynayev informed that gas supply works were being carried out in three more residential areas of the district: Ala-Too, Ak-Ordo and Archa-Beshik. It is planned that about 18,000 households will be able to connect to gas.
Irina Dergacheva, General Director of Bishkekgas branch of Gazprom Kyrgyzstan LLC, added that the full-scale provision of gas supply in Ak-Orgo housing estate began in 2017.
«The length of the gas pipeline throughout the area is 80 km, more than 3,327 households will get access to gas after the end of the works,» she told.
