Kyrgyzstanis win first medals at the World Nomad Games

Kyrgyzstanis won their first medals at the 3rd World Nomad Games, held in Issyk-Kul region.

The first national sport in which the athletes won awards was the Tajik national wrestling gushtini milli kamarbandi. At least 27 athletes from 11 countries competed in it.

Marlen Abdrasulov (Kyrgyzstan) became the champion in the weight category up to 68 kg. The second was Begench Yagmurov (Turkmenistan), the third — Muratkhan Berikbol (Kazakhstan) and Razil Shabiev (Russia).

Arthur Zulkarnaev (Russia) took the 1st place in weight up to 82 kilograms. Sherikbay Amanilla uulu (Kyrgyzstan) took the second place, the third — Silapberdi Nuriyev (Turkmenistan) and Elmaddin Ramazanov (Azerbaijan).

In the finals, Annamurat Muradov (Turkmenistan) defeated Jongor Parenbaatar (Mongolia). Kairat Toychiev (Kyrgyzstan) and Maksat Jandildayev (Kazakhstan) shared the 3rd place.
