The mayor of Bishkek, Albek Ibraimov, again inspected the process of road construction.
He started the inspection with a segment of Chui Avenue from Molodaya Gvardiya Boulevard to Umetaliev Street. Both layers of asphalt have been laid, curbs have been replaced there.
Two layers of asphalt were laid on Kalyk Akiev Street, work on irrigation system and sidewalks is underway. Repair work on Botialiev Street is at the final stage, like on Sadygaliev Street.
The mayor also visited Murmanskaya Street. Work on the construction of irrigation and sidewalks, foundations and excavations is carried out, as well as on the section of Leo Tolstoy Street.
Head of the Capital Construction Department Nurlan Eshenbaev noted that work was conducted ahead of schedule in many areas.
After the completion of the work, the roads will be opened for the passage of transport, while the improvement of the infrastructure continues.
«We will open Shcherbakov Street next week. The works are almost finished. A park will be opened there on the basis of the former state gardening farm,» the mayor said.
According to him, it is planned to complete the reconstruction of three parks: Fuchik, Molodezhniy parks and Karagachevaya grove.
