Preliminary causes of 2 fires in Osh market uncovered

Preliminary causes of two fires in Osh market of Bishkek became known to 24.kg news agency. The fire in the capital’s largest bazaar occurred twice — on January 30 and March 5.

The investigation is carried out by the State Service of Forensic Examination. It should also voice the official version, but the Ministry of Emergency Situations provided preliminary data.

In the first case, the cause of the fire was faulty wiring, and in the second — arson.

The Commission for the assessment of the damage from the first fire in the territory of Osh market compiled the list of victims. It includes 74 subjects of entrepreneurship. All of them received compensation in the form of a delay in repayment of loans. The commission continues its work on the second fire.
