The Jalal-Abad court delivered a verdict against A.U., having found him guilty of raping a minor girl. The Information Department of the Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
On November 15, 2017, a woman turned to police department of Jalal-Abad and reported that some A.U. kidnapped her five-year-old daughter and sexually assaulted her.
A criminal case was opened on the fact. According to the conclusions of forensic, forensic biological examinations, the fact of rape was confirmed. Investigation fully proved involvement of the accused in the crime.
Based on the results of the case, the court found A.U. guilty of committing the crime under part 4 of article 129 (rape of a minor) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and sentenced him to 20 years in prison with serving it in a penal colony with reinforced security regime.
Criminal cases with minors as victims are under constant control of the prosecutor’s office.
