The CEC of the KR adopted a resolution on the early termination of the powers of deputies of local councils of Bishkek, Sokuluk and Kemin territorial election commissions and the transfer of their vacant mandates.
Emil Shukurov filed a personal application. The mandate was given to Siyabek Abdurakhmanov, an advisor to «Manas Management» CJSC.
