Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Temir Dzhumakadyrov dies in car crash

This morning, Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Temir Dzhumakadyrov was killed in a traffic accident. Information about this was confirmed to 24.kg news agency in the Office of the patrol police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to the agency, the accident occurred today at 7.15. Together with a high-ranking official, his assistant and driver also died.

The tragedy occurred on the 36th kilometer of the Bishkek — Kara-Balta road, in the village of Sadovoe. According to eyewitnesses, the car of the vice-prime minister hit the truck KamAZ, which went to the oncoming lane. Its driver is hospitalized.

Temir Dzhumakadyrov recently headed the Republican election headquarters. According to preliminary data, he was going to Talas on a business trip to check polling stations.
