Criminal case against Aida Salyanova transferred to Leninsky District Court

The materials of the criminal case under Article 304 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, initiated against the deputy of the Parliament Aida Salyanova, were transferred for consideration from Pervomaisky to Leninsky District Court. The attorney of the defendant Chynara Dzhakupbekova applied for this.

The prosecution asked to reject the appeal, arguing that the case was investigated in GKNB, and it had not been found out where Aida Salyanova, being the Minister of Justice, extended the lawyer’s license to Aleksey Eliseev.

Having heard the arguments of the parties, the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court Mirlan Termechikov granted the petition. The measure of restraint — a written undertaking not to leave the country- was left unchanged.
