New Deputy Heads of Emergencies Ministry introduced to staff

Minister of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan Kanatbek Chynybaev introduced two new deputy heads — Almazbek Asanov and Nurbek Zhumaliev — to the central office and personnel of the ministry, the ministry’s press service reported.

The minister noted their many years of experience in the civil protection system and expressed confidence that their professionalism will help effectively address tasks related to public safety.

Almazbek Asanov was born in 1979 in the village of Eski-Nookat, Osh region. He is a graduate of the Military University of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense (Tambov, Russia) and the Civil Defense Academy of Russia’s Emergencies Ministry. Since 2003, he has held various positions within the ministry.

Nurbek Zhumaliev was born in 1973 in the village of Chaek, Naryn region. He graduated from the Faculty of Hydromelioration at the Kyrgyz Agrarian Academy. He began his career in 1998 as an engineer in the water management system and has worked in various roles within the Emergencies Ministry since 2007.
