New head of SCNS Department introduced in Osh region

Kanat Tabaldiev has assumed his duties as head of the Department of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS) for Osh city and Osh region.

Today, in the meeting room of the Office of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Osh region, Deputy Chairman of the SCNS Alisher Erbaev introduced the new head to the heads of regional agencies and organizations.

The event was attended by Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Osh region Amankan Kenzhebaev, Osh Mayor Zhanarbek Akayev, their deputies, and heads of law enforcement agencies in the region. They wished Kanat Tabaldiev success in his new position.

Salmoor Dzhumabekov previously headed the SCNS Department for Osh city and Osh region. He was relieved of his post in February 2026 following the resignation of Kamchybek Tashiev.

On February 27, Kanat Tabaldiev was dismissed from his post as head of Kara-Suu district of Osh region.
