An earthquake of magnitude 4 occurred in Osh region. The Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan reported.
The earthquake’s source was located in the city of Osh. Tremors were recorded the day before, on April 14, at 11.11 p.m.
The epicenter of the earthquake was two kilometers southwest of Kyzyl-Kyshtak village and 3 kilometers south of Osh city.
In populated areas of the Kyrgyz Republic, the intensity of the earthquake was: in Osh — magnitude 4, Kara-Suu — magnitude 3.5, Nookat — magnitude 3, Uzgen — magnitude 2.5.
