Commission of the Asian Football Confederation on the assessment of National Football Academies visited Bishkek and Osh cities. The Kyrgyz Football Union (KFU) reported.
The Confederation inspected the KFU National Football Academy and the Asylbek Momunov Academy in the southern capital.
A meeting with the Secretary General of the KFU Mederbek Sydykov took place.
Recall, the football academy in Osh has the status of a one-star association. It should be renewed every three years.
Development of football in the Kyrgyz Republic and improvement of infrastructure for training and competitions were also discussed at the meeting.
«The results of the inspection will be announced at the end of November. This visit is an important step in the development of football infrastructure in the country and confirms the KFU’s commitment to improving the quality of training of young footballers,» the statement says.
