An earthquake with a magnitude of about 4 in the epicenter was registered near Kyrgyz-Chinese border. The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
According to the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the earthquake focus was located in China (Kakshaal-Too ridge), 20 kilometers from Bedel village in Jety-Oguz district, 70 kilometers from Kumtor mine, 125 kilometers from Karakol.
Intensity of the earthquake in Bedel village reached magnitude 2.5.
