Member of Parliament of Kyrgyzstan Nurgul Temirbaeva proposed to establish the Order of Iskhak Razzakov.
According to her, this order should be awarded to state and municipal employees who work honestly, as well as entrepreneurs, who have contributed to the industry of Kyrgyzstan.
The MP noted that when Sadyr Japarov took office as Prime Minister, he began his work with a trip to Batken region as a sign of respect for Iskhak Razzakov and the heroism of the region’s residents.
Nurgul Temirbaeva reminded the Parliament of Razzakov’s merits, that most universities and technical schools, the National Academy of Sciences were built and opened, and the construction of Osh-Bishkek highway and the tunnel on Too-Ashuu pass began under his rule.
