«Young women with children could also get a job at your enterprise, if you created a mother and child room. Women could earn money, and their children would be nearby under the supervision of a nanny. This is a good opportunity, especially for low-income families, on the one hand, and on the other hand, you could provide the enterprise with personnel and completely fill the jobs. After all, there are many young women at home caring for their children. It is important to simultaneously promote issues of increasing the social responsibility of employers,» the minister told the director of the enterprise Bakai Orumbaev.
Bakai Orumbaev noted that the enterprise has 300 jobs, 20 of which are vacant, the press service reported. The average salary is 50,000 soms.
