President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov signed the law on invalidating the Law on Public Councils of Government Bodies and amending the Law on Regulations of the Parliament.
The document was adopted by the Parliament on November 29, 2023.
The purpose is to abolish public councils under government bodies by recognizing the Law on Public Councils of Government Bodies as null and void.
The law comes into force seven days from the date of its official publication.
