The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Japarov met the guest at Manas International Airport.
Alexander Lukashenko will take part in a meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, which will take place on October 13 in Bishkek under the chairmanship of Kyrgyzstan.
Earlier, the Presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived in the republic. The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan refused to come to the summit.
