Kyrgyzstani Aisuluu Tynybekova will compete for a bronze medal at the Asian Games in China. The Games’ website says.
In the weight category up to 62 kilograms, in the first round of the consolation tournament, she defeated an athlete from Vietnam with a score 10:0.
In the quarterfinals the Kyrgyzstani lost to Japanese Nonoka Ozaki, who reached the final.
Aisuluu Tynybekova’s opponent will be Irina Kuznetsova from Kazakhstan.
Nurzat Nurtaeva and Aiperi Medet kyzy reached the final in the freestyle wrestling. Bekzat Almaz uulu will also compete for bronze.
The final bouts will begin at 3 p.m. Bishkek time.
