A drunk man wounded a passerby in the neck in Talas. Press service of the Internal Affairs Department of the region reported.
The incident occurred near a shopping center on Otorbaev Street. The victim is 43 years old. He was hospitalized.
A criminal case has been initiated under the article «Attempted Murder» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
