Results of 2022 population census in Kyrgyzstan showed that 1,137,882 people live in Bishkek. The National Statistical Committee provided such data.
Including the urban population is 1,133.3 million people, the rural population is 4,500 people. Since 2019, the population of the capital has grown by 272,355 people, or by 31.5 percent.
At least 364,052 people live in Osh city. This is 120,800 people more than in 2019.
