From 5,000 to 7,000 people are diagnosed with cancer every year. Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev said at a meeting of Ata Jurt Kyrgyzstan faction.
He noted that according to statistics, 3,000 of them die.
«We are carrying out preventive work. We organize a mammology week and conduct free examinations. But it is difficult to cover regions. The mobile clinics are working, but people are not coming. But we are working on it,» he said.
