The President of Kyrgyzstan met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of Palestine Riyad Al-Maliki, who arrived in the country for an official visit.
The sides exchanged views on the prospects for further development of Kyrgyzstan — Palestine relations in all aspects of bilateral interaction.
Sadyr Japarov noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in developing friendly relations with brotherly Palestine and strengthening cooperation in various mutually beneficial areas. The peoples of the two countries are united by ties of friendship, similarity of religious, historical and spiritual values.
He expressed confidence that within the framework of the Minister’s visit to the Kyrgyz Republic the two countries will be able to conclude important agreements and discuss further prospects for partnership. Kyrgyzstan is always ready to resume high-level dialogue.
Riyad Al-Maliki conveyed to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic the words of greetings from the country’s leader Mahmoud Abbas. He also congratulated Sadyr Japarov and the people of Kyrgyzstan on the upcoming Independence Day.
According to the Minister, Palestine is interested in developing bilateral ties and maintaining political dialogue between the two states, establishing cooperation in all spheres of mutually beneficial cooperation.
Speaking about the stable development of Kyrgyz-Palestinian relations, he expressed the desire to strengthen the pace of partnership given the huge potential in bilateral relations between Kyrgyzstan and Palestine. Riyad Al-Maliki proposed to establish an intergovernmental commission, intensify cooperation and exchange of experience between experts of the two countries in trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian areas, agriculture, medicine and education.
The sides expressed readiness to bring the whole complex of bilateral cooperation and interaction to a new level for the benefit of the friendly peoples of the Kyrgyz Republic and Palestine.
