Work on the electronic inventory of trees has been resumed in Bishkek. Press service of the City Hall reported.
The inventory will automate work processes, use the data obtained in the development of landscaping programs, restore green spaces, monitor their condition, and etc.
Inventory work has been completed in the parks named after Fuchik, Pobeda, Molodezhny, Berezovaya, Orekhovaya and Karagachevaya Groves. About 3,000 plants have been inventoried in three weeks.
«Now the trees will have a kind of «medical cards». Masters and agronomists of each district will enter data on the number, geolocation, species, irrigation and condition of certain trees into them. Thanks to the program, employees of Bishkekzelenkhoz municipal enterprise will be able to calculate in advance the amount of funds needed for the care and treatment of the green fund,» the City Hall said.
It should be noted that the electronic inventory program was launched at the initiative of the capital’s City Hall and Archa Initiative Public Foundation. Its implementation began in September 2021.
