The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the procedure for filing a special declaration. Press service of the Cabinet reported.
The decision was made to implement the norms of the law on voluntary legalization and amnesty of assets of individuals.
The following documents have been approved:
- Procedure for filling out and notarization of a special declaration of assets;
- Form of a special declaration of assets;
- Procedure for keeping the register of special asset declarations;
- Form of the register of special asset declarations.
In addition, the Ministry of Finance was instructed to take measures to ensure an accumulation account for crediting the declaration payments to the republican budget.
The Ministry of Justice should take measures to provide authorized officials who have the right to perform notarial acts, notarizing special declarations, with a special declaration form.
