The President of Kyrgyzstan received the Ambassador of Qatar on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission in Kyrgyzstan.
Sadyr Japarov noted the contribution to the successful holding of the recent state visit of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to Kyrgyzstan.
He also focused on the desire of the two sides to successfully implement the agreements reached during this visit, noting Kyrgyzstan — Qatar cooperation that has reached a new level.
The head of state stressed that political cooperation has been actively carried out over 25 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, mutual visits at various levels and a number of important events have taken place.
The diplomat thanked for the warm welcome, noting that for all the years of his mission in Kyrgyzstan he felt support and friendly attitude, which allowed him to work successfully in the country.
The Ambassador stressed the dynamics of the development of bilateral cooperation and highly appreciated the personal contribution of the President to the strengthening of Kyrgyzstan — Qatar relations.
The parties expressed their readiness for the expansion and comprehensive development of bilateral relations based on mutual trust and respect.
