Two victims of a fire near Shopokov station were transferred to Bishkek. The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan reported.
One of them, a 39-year-old man, is in serious condition. He has a combined injury, burns of the 2nd-3rd degree of the entire body (95 percent), a contusion of the brain, blunt trauma to the chest and abdomen.
The second victim had a 1st-2nd degree burns of both upper and lower extremities (15 percent), light burn shock. They are in the Clinical Emergency Hospital.
«One victim is receiving treatment at the Center for General Medical Practice in Sokuluk district, another one is being treated on an outpatient basis,» the ministry said.
The fire broke out in the afternoon on June 20. Several fuel tanks exploded. The fire was completely extinguished only in the evening. Eight fire brigades and Kyrgyz Temir Zholu fire train, three ambulance brigades, as well as a headquarters under the leadership of the head of Chui region worked at the scene.
Two fuel trucks, four passenger cars and six oil storage tanks burned down. Four people were injured in the fire. The causes of the incident are being investigated.
