The Chairwoman of the Federation Council of Russia Valentina Matviyenko takes the first place in the list. The wife of the leader of Azerbaijan, Mekhriban Aliyeva, takes the second place and the President of the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives, Svetlana Medvedeva, takes the 3rd place.
The wife of the head of Kyrgyzstan, Aigul Japarova, is also included in the list. She is in the 18th place.
