The President of Kyrgyzstan signed a decree on measures to step up and improve performance discipline in state bodies and local government bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic.
«The performance discipline of the public administration system is the most important tool for achieving the set goals in the positive development of the country. The comprehensive and accelerated development of the state, as well as the improvement of the living standards of citizens, directly depend on the high-quality and timely execution of the decisions taken. It should be noted that the head of state pays special attention to the performance discipline in state bodies and local government bodies. Modern challenges and interests of the state require prompt response from public administration bodies, clear interaction among them, high-quality and timely execution of the decisions made by the leadership of the republic,» Sadyr Japarov’s press service explained.
According to the Constitution, the president ensures the unity of state power, coordination and interaction of state bodies.
In order to further improve performance discipline, he instructed the heads of state bodies and local self-government bodies to take comprehensive measures to strengthen performance discipline, as well as promptly respond to citizens’ appeals.
